7:10 p.m. Called to Meeting:
President Martin Hauble called to meeting. Present Erv Shauer-Vice President not present, Tammi Brinkman-Treasurer, Michelle Beauvais-Secretary, Amber Campeau-Communications. Scott Beauvais-Trail Boss, Adam Schumaker-Trail Boss not at the meeting. About 10 members in attendance.
There have been multiple complaints on 200th Avenue of ATV’s with erratic driving, speeding and excess noise. There was a motion set forth to temporarily closedown 200th Avenue until the complaints can be addressed, and resolved. Marty will sign that road as closed as of today, until further notice. We will reevaluate in 30 days with the people in the area.
Gavin Acers is shut down permanently.
Kannin, member discussed a possible bridge to be used by General Sam’s, Apple River Campground and the ATV Club for crossing.
Somerset Pea Soups days was slow, but good for us to be out there to be acknowledged. Some Koozies and Hats were sold.
Social Media Outreach
Amber give insight on the Polaris Ride Command app and is working on setting up application to add our current sponsors to the Polaris map. Amber gave an update about the Polaris Ride Command App.
SWAC Treasury Report
Tammi Brinkman discussed SWAC funds, there is currently $1321.81 in the SWAC account. Louie asked for a club receipt for his donation of the hardware for the ATV/UTV signs.
